Tilt-Back Style Fender Luggage Rack for XLH, FXD, FXR and FLST H-D Models
A lightweight, low-profile, chrome plated custom luggage rack designed to complement most 4-1/4" high 'tilt-back' license plate frames (Arlen Ness or Custom Chrome). Constructed from 3/8" steel tubing this rack mounts to the stock seat mounting screw in front. The rear mount sandwiches between the tilt-back license plate bracket and the fender. Rubber fender cushion and longer front screw are provided. Available in three models to fit most XL, FXD, FXR and FLST models. 10 pound load capacity. These racks do not fit with H-D new Layback License Plate mount 59817-00 or 59822-00.
