Warranty/Policies

LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY:

All of our products are warranted against defects in material and/or workmanship, including rust. This does not warrant against discoloration or sound. This warranty shall be limited to the repair or replacement of the product, which may be proven defective under normal use. We will not warranty any product that has been abused, misused, improperly installed, or modified.

Dealers or distributors are not authorized to make dispositions binding upon Khrome Werks. We will not be responsible for any labor charges incurred in removing or replacing any system under warranty. All returns must be accompanied by a return authorization number, a copy of the purchase invoice and transportation charges must be prepaid. Parts being returned without a return authorization may be refused at our receiving docks.

The rights conferred by this warranty are exercisable only by the original retail purchaser of the product(s) returned as defective, and are not transferable to any successor, owner or other party.

GENERAL POLICY:

Khrome Werks, a division of Lincoln Industries®, is a designer, manufacturer and/or supplier of quality, U.S.-made accessories for Harley-Davidson® and Indian® motorcycles. Our accessories for Harley-Davidson® models are sold through established specialty distributors of after-market motorcycle parts and accessories and are not sold dealer or consumer direct unless not cataloged by distributors. New products may, during their introductory period, be offered to dealers and consumers factory-direct until such time as they are cataloged by our stocking distributors.

PRICES:

Prices shown are suggested retail prices. These prices do not reflect freight, duties, state or local taxes, or any other fees or costs incurred by the dealer. All prices are subject to change without notice.


TERMS: (for new products and spare parts purchased directly from Khrome Werks)

F.O.B. Pine Island, Minnesota; C.O.D., Visa, MasterCard or Discover; net 30 terms by credit approval only.


DAMAGED SHIPMENTS/SHORTAGES:

Any claims for damaged shipments or container shortages must be made with the carrier. Please be sure to save all boxes and packaging material when filing a claim. All shipment shortage discrepancies must be reported in 14 days.


RETURNS: (for products purchased directly from Khrome Werks)

No returns without prior authorization. Call the Khrome Werks Sales Office for a Return Authorization (RA).
