3.5” HP-PLUS® TOURING LITE MUFFLERS – for 1995-2010 H-D FLHT, FLT, FLHX and FLHR

Two new high performance, 3.50 inch diameter, slip-on Touring Lite absorptive mufflers: less restrictive than our full Touring muffler for an improved top end. Featuring the same baffle core as our 3” HP-Plus® Touring Lite Mufflers: full length, straight through perforated tube with our HP-Plus® resonator. The larger diameter, one-piece shells hold more packing resulting in a deeper, throaty exhaust note. Big look, big power, big sound. Baffle is wrapped with a laminated muffler packing consisting of a thin layer of stainless steel under a high temperature basalt wool for long life, minimized muffler body discoloration and good absorption of annoying higher frequencies. Fit Harleys equipped with OEM crossover or aftermarket “True Duals” systems. Utilizes factory mounting hardware and clamps. Sold in pairs. US patent 5,173,576. Made in USA. Our 3” Touring Lite line of mufflers has been completely redesigned, retaining the great performance and quality sound. The new features are: 16 ga. one-piece shells, upgraded baffle design, bolt and nut baffle installation, and upgraded acoustical wrap materials. The one-piece shell eliminates the possibility of leaks and transition screws loosening or stripping. The baffle is now a similar construction to our 3” stagger dual and 3.5” touring mufflers which is installed with ¼”-20 bolts and nuts – an improvement over the #10 screws. Originally fiberglass wrapped, our redesigned baffle is machined wrapped with a laminated muffler packing consisting of a thin layer of stainless steel under high temperature basalt wool. The stainless steel packing insures long life for the high frequency absorptive basalt wool. This dual layer packing covers the complete length of the baffle, minimizing muffler body discoloration and absorbing the annoying higher frequencies. Fit Harleys equipped with OEM crossover or aftermarket “True Duals” systems. Utilize factory mounting hardware and clamps. Now sold in pairs. U.S. Patent 5,173,576. Made in U.S.A.

DUAL HEADER SYSTEMS for 1999-2009 HARLEY-DAVIDSON FLHT, FLHX, FLTR AND FLHR models

New 2009-style exhaust headers for 1999-2009 Twin Cam baggers. Update your early Twin Cam bike and enjoy the late model look. This cleaner looking system reduces heat transmission to the rider and passenger by routing the exhaust under the frame instead of under the seat. Upgrade your 2009 model for a lighter system that offers more flow and makes more top end power than the factory system. Both systems feature 1¾” 16 gauge mandrel bent, interconnected headers and 220º full coverage heat shields. Front pipe crosses over to the left side and is securely mounted to the transmission oil pan. Crossover pipe is formed obround from 1 7/8” tubing for increased ground clearance and no cross sectional area loss. 99-08 system crossover is slightly lower than frame cross brace with the OEM kickstand as the lowest point. Systems features a hidden inter-connect for maximum top end horsepower, improved low end torque and sound damping. An independent dual pipe version was tested with less favorable results. Two 18mm O2 sensor ports and plugs and all mounting hardware included. Mufflers not included. Use any Khrome Werks or other bagger muffler set. Made in USA

Fits 2009-10 Screamin’ Eagle CVO FLHXSE, AND FLTRSE

Bumper trailer hitch for the 2009-10 Harley Screamin’ Eagle CVO FLHXSE and FLTRSE. Upper hitch brackets mount to the inside frame/fender struts and the lower brackets anchor to the saddlebag supports. No unsightly black painted brackets mounted outside the factory chrome fender strut covers. No interference with Genuine Harley-Davidson accessories such as docking kits for sissy bars, racks and tour boxes. Main frame is made from .125 1020 wall steel tubing, robotic welded, polished and chrome plated. Includes 1-7/8” ball. Mounts with factory hardware. Our optional chrome plated 5 pin die cast automotive style connector set (includes mating trailer connector) and mounting bracket kit bolts directly to the safety chain bracket on the hitch. 1 ¼” receiver trailer hitches for the L1986-2008 Harley baggers. Mounts to frame struts and the saddlebag supports. No interference with Genuine Harley-Davidson accessories such as docking kits for sissy bars, racks and tour boxes. Main frame is made from .125" 1020 steel tubing, robotic welded and high gloss black powder coated. Includes polished chrome plated hitch, 1-7/8” ball and pin with hitch clip. Our optional chrome plated 5 pin die cast automotive style connector set (includes mating trailer connector) and mounting bracket kit bolts directly to the safety chain bracket on the hitch. The optional five-pin connector kit for 1996-2010 applications also includes a plug and play wiring harness. Made in USA.

Optional chrome plated 5-pin, die-cast, automotive style connector kit includes plug-and-play wiring harness with mating trailer connector and mounting bracket that bolts directly to the safety chain bracket on current production Khrome Werks hitches. Choose from standard wiring harness or a high load wiring harness. The high load wiring harness features an isolator module with a fused, separate circuit from battery positive to power the trailer lighting through built-in relays and prevents overloading of factory lighting circuit. An isolator is a must for 2009 and later Harleys pulling trailers with conventional incandescent lighting with higher amperage requirements than trailers with LED lighting. Made in USA.
