Three versions of AR® high performance exhaust systems available:

AR®III - Recommended for highly modified stock to 100 c.i.d. motors capable of 80 to 110+ h.p. High flow HP-PLUS® baffle. Top end performance is dramatically improved. Tapered and Bologna styles available.

AR® 100 - for XL, 88 c.i.d. plus. Same construction as AR® III but features full 2" headers with 2 3/4" mufflers and increased diameter AR® cones for a 30% increase in volume. Designed for ultra high performance XLs. Offers good mid-range and top end performance. Tapered style only. Deep, mellow tone. Beefy" Looks.

AR® 2" Drag Racing Exhausts - for stock to big-inch motors. Same design pipe as AR® 100 but no mufflers - full 2" diameter from flange to miter. Bologna cut style. Great upper mid-range and top end performance. Awesome sound! Not for use on the street unless used with HP+ 2" Baffles (improved low-end and mid-range performance as well as significant noise reduction).

AR®III EXHAUST SYSTEMS FOR EVO AND TWIN CAM 88™
INCLUDING 2000-2006 SOFTAILS
Ultra High-Performance Anti-Reversionary® exhaust systems for 80 to 110+ h.p. Harley-Davidsons®. 1-3/4" header with 2-1/2" muffler featuring our patented AR® cone and HP-Plus® baffle with ceramic-lined fiberglass acoustical wrap. Designed for increased flow and maximum peak horsepower, yet retains control over the offensive high frequency sound. Resulting sound is a deep, big-motor rumble that barks when the throttle is whacked. The Bologna version of this system produced 111 h.p. and over 100 lb-ft of torque on Carl's Speed Shop modified Twin Cam Dyna Glide®. AR®III is available to fit most Harley-Davidson Evolution and Twin Cam® models. Tapered and Bologna styles available. Baffle is removable in Bologna version. Heat shields available. Made in USA.
